Radio affected society and the “rules” of life, which I didn’t know. At my age people would already be working and starting a family. Radio started the age of teen hood. Radio was such a big thing back then. Radio helped people become successful. If you were played on the radio you were considered successful. It’s very hard to be a successful in the music industry now. It takes perseverance. I thought that the period when rock and roll was really big was interesting. Rock and roll contributed to the start of teenagers. Radio also was the start of conglomeration. If radio never existed, then modern day would be very different.
